Just a little update on things. Planning a summer theme of recipes for outdoor cooking, our favorite summertime dishes and some of my ideas and twist on traditional dishes. Just thought it would be a fun thing to do. We all anticipate summer coming and all the outdoor activities and nothing better than fresh fruits and veggies throughout the summer months. 

I live in Florida so blessed to have fresh produce all year round. We have strawberry season 3 times here. All year round the open markets have whatever is in season available to enjoy. But no matter where you live, when summer comes so comes the fresh vegetables and fruits. So take advantage of it and enjoy!!

I have a burger I made up for Bill that he has named the One Hot Mama Jalapeno Burger! Going to post my southern potato salad recipe..how I cook corn on the cob on the grill and many more.
